Dr. McGill earned his Ph.D. in counseling psychology at Southwest University in New
Orleans, LA. He has completed specialized training in hypnosis from the American College
of Hypnotherapy, Menningers Mental Health Institute, and the American Society of Clinical
Hypnosis.
He is licensed and certified in the state of Nebraska as a Professional Counselor where he
has maintained a private practice for the past 18 years. His private practice uses
hypnosis to help people stop smoking, lose weight, improve memory, and overcome fears and

Dr. McGill is also internationally certified in Clinical Acupuncture and uses Chinese
